We had to wait a while, but it’s finally here: the 2019 race season has officially started! While the temperatures here (in the Low Countries) are dipping towards zero, our riders down under are enjoying the Australian sun. That said, they may have hoped for slightly less of it…

Hot, hotter, hottest

While we’d rather grab our bikes and pedal off into the sunset, we know it can get too warm on occasion. As is the case right now, at the Tour Down Under 2019. The first two stages were shortened due to the heat. And even then, the riders where close to boiling point after they crossed the line. Time to cool down!

You’ve gotta love Oz!

It’s difficult to imagine a better start to the cycling season. Basking under the Ozzy sun. And if you’re there anyway, why not soak up a bit of local culture and nature. Right?

EF Education First is riding in their new Rapha-kit for the first time. And looking good they are too…

Half the peloton has been bitten by the #10yearchallenge bug. That includes Laurens ten Dam. And admit it: he hasn’t changed one bit.

(Cold) Exception to the rule

Ok, we’ve billed this as an Instagram series in the headline. But lovers of the Stelvio will have to wait a wee while before being able to climb those famous hairpins by bike. Although we must admit, it also looks good in the snow.
